The City of Lacey decant facility is used to separate the suspended silts and fine debris that are generated when storm water pipes are cleaned.  The use of the fabric covered building keeps storm water runoff from being contaminated by the sediment piles, and prevents the incorporation of debris back into the storm water collection system.  Milestones Building & Design helped the City of Lacey design and implement a fabric building structure that would be comfortable to workers, and that would have enough overhead clearance to accommodate the different kinds of machinery that are utilized during their operations.
