Milestones Building & Design will work with engineers to plan the most unique site challenges, including integrated connections to existing structures and support, and hanging loads for specialty HVAC, crane systems or fire protection.

Following are the Engineering items you may or may not need depending upon your building system engineering requirements and your local jurisdiction permitting requirements:
 

Engineering support for your permitting efforts will be provided.  Milestones will provide a structure designed and verified to meet the applicable codes for your geographic region. This may include drawings, calculation package(s), or attendance at meetings as required.

The standard structural permit package for the fabric structure includes: 

• Isometric drawings

• Design criteria sheets

• Foundation loads

• Elevation Drawings

• Plan Drawings

This includes sealing of the permit package by a registered professional engineer.

Additional services include color renderings for pre-sale or permit board presentations or for the client's marketing uses once the design is finalized.
